FIND CAMARADERIE INSTEAD OF COMPETITION

When you join the Army Health Care Team, you become part of a committed team of Health Care professionals who have the same goals that you do. The collaborative environment you'll encounter may be unmatched in the civilian sector. You'll be surrounded by peers, not competitors, as you work alongside dedicated medical professionals.

Meet some members of the Nurse Corps Team in the videos above, as they talk about their experiences being a part of the Army Health Care Team.

CPT KEVIN GORMLEY
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fort Lewis, WA
Don't try to convince CPT Gormley there's any other program that measures up to the Army Nurse Corps. And it's not just because of the groundbreaking research and advanced technology. "The Army's focus is on the family," he says. "They get it."

Critical Care Nurse - Fort Sam Houston, TX
When it comes to pursuing professional and personal goals, Lieutenant Estes likes to shoot for the stars, which is why she joined the Army. She credits the Army for helping her become "a more educated, more disciplined, better person." She hopes to some day make the Army skeet shooting team.

Major Rawson finds being part of the Army Team extremely rewarding. She has received the Army Commendation Award and Army Achievement Medal for her work as a Critical Care Nurse in the Army Reserve, but she says, "I feel that it was an award to the team, more so than to me."
